I had my first session with Jake this week. All I can say is, “WHOA!!” He targeted the ligaments and tendons in a way that I have never had any other bodyworker approach it. I am an athlete and a massage therapist so it’s imperative that I feel therapeutic relief after any session I have. He is so dynamic and I loved all of the space he created in my joints! At one point I was in side-lying and the relief I felt between my rib cage and my hips was awesome! I had never had any one work my shoulder girdle that way either and it was extremely beneficial. He is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and strong! If you have never had Rolfing, do yourself a favor and schedule....read full review
