I have been dealing with muscle strain from poor posture and past injuries. I loved how each massage is tailored to my needs and I can provide input during the session. Having a tune up is great and helps me re-align my posture.
Autumn is absolutely the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. She has a deep intellectual curiosity about her work that shines through. I really appreciate how down-to-earth and professional she is. She's helped me understand the causes of my bodily discomfort and how to manage that pain ongoing rather than just providing a temporary fix.
I really love Autumn’s massage style. She is compassionate and caring therapist and so very knowledgable about how your body works. She always has tips for me to do between sessions to help me maintain the work we have done. She has helped me significantly reduce some chronic headache issues I have been struggling. She’s amazing!!!
