Over the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday a six year plus crown detached from my tooth #31. After receiving information for emergency services on their office phone, I chose to contact Dr Kelly directly. While on vacation in another state, he promptly answered my request for guidance with kindness and helpfulness. Then, on their busy first day back in the office, he gave me an appointment to reaffix the obstinate crown. Twelve out of ten, on the customer service spectrum. McKenzie Dental is the real deal.Thanks, all y'all. ❤️?

I'm really pleased to share that I had a great experience at the dentist office today! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My dentist was very professional and took the time to explain the procedure to me, which really helped to calm any nerves I had. The whole appointment went smoothly and I left feeling well taken care of. It's so refreshing to have a positive experience at the dentist and it definitely makes me more likely to keep up with my regular check-ups.

I love Dr. Kelly he is so great, he’s very gentle and patient especially if you have any dental phobia or sensitivity. The entire staff is super friendly. Our entire family is very satisfied.
