Made an appointment with Brittany Vaughn for a cut, color and highlights. I forgot to take a 'before ' photo, but trust me when I say I had very prominent grey streaks growing out from the middle of my head/part, and against my dark brown natural color, it really bothered me!I'd NEVER colored my hair in any way shape or form. As I have worked construction for nearly 20 years, the last 4 years as my own boss, I ALWAYS wear my hair in braids. To say I was nervous was an understatement, but I've known Brittany and even knew her mom, so I knew , and felt like I could trust her. I'll never see anyone else now! Today I had the pleasure of having Brittany cut my hair!! I explained to her my previous frustrations from other places and she kindly listened and did outstanding!! She did everything I asked and even had her own suggestions, my hair feels and looks AMAZING ? I even re booked for 4 weeks out!!! My appointment ran a little late but they were super busy with school returning back to session. Both ladies were very aware of and acknowledged. Was nice to get in and get out without having to be in the chair for too long. Deborah was nice and knowledgeable about the style of trim I wanted. Thanks so much for the great customer service!! :)
