Allen Canzler of Checkpoint Home Inspections is the BEST. This man is hard working, experienced and through. There is nothing in a home that needs fixing that he doesn't call attention to. He is the most detail oriented inspector I've ever seen. Add to that an individual who is personable and very professional. The report that I received was detailed, well photographed and and explained completely. I was very fortunate to have found Allen Canzler and you will too!
Allen is very, very thorough and caught things I wouldn't have ever thought to look at! He's amazing at his job and I'd 100% recommend him to anyone. He's also super easy to talk to and a very kind person.
