Bayshore is wonderful. I transferred to them a few years ago after my kitty had a small emergency that wasnt handled well at another place in town. Rural areas like this have limited options and im just so glad we made the switch. My cat does great with them and I always feel relaxed leaving her with them knowing shes in good hands. Tech Taylor when the extra mile for our cats, comfort! After an accident in his crate, he took our cat and cleaned him up with dry shampoo. He was very gentle, kind, and considerate both to our cat and to us. Our Vet (the one from Alabama) was also extremely compassionate with all of us. From the person who took my call to schedule the first appointment and who responded to a follow-up email question, to the administrative and veterinary tech staffers welcoming us and our large stressed-out cat, to the veterinarian who treated us and our cat with competence, confidence care - outstanding all around!
