They were quick to come out when we called and in providing an estimate for the work. The work seemed to be fine. Unfortunately, the project took 20 business days to complete (estimate was 3-4 days). As other reviewers have said, communication was poor. Now, workers were friendly and communicative while here; they would explain what they were doing at the time. As always Thomas is professional, courteous and ready to assist with any concerns we may have. Recently our friendly squirrel has been attempting to access the attic via the facia board on the front of the house. His solution appears very effective. While he was here yesterday, we asked him to check out hornets in a back yard bush. He did and gave us simple instructions to monitor where the hornets might be coming from since he did not find their nest in our yard. Thomas is great!

Propest has helped us keep rodents at bay for many years, since the company first opened. Greg, the owner, was always super helpful dealing with crises from ground bees to packrat invasions. Now the company has grown, Thomas comes out regularly to implement our maintenance plan - he's knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and efficient. Even our cattle dog enjoys his visits - he's great with dogs!
