John is a true professional and native local expert. He had all the knowledge and/or connections we needed to make an informed home buying decision. He was very patient and willing to show us numerous properties over a significant length of time. We feel he represented our interests to best of his ability. He never pushed one way or the other just to get a commission. Should we buy or sell another Ocean property we would not hesitate to use him again.
