I called their answering service on Sunday afternoon and explained my situation. Promptly at 8:00 on Monday I received a call from their office to set-up and appointment.Later I received a call from the service guy, Adam, starting her could be at my home a little earlier. By the time I arrived he had pumped my 1,000 gallon tank. He was able review what he did and what needed to be done. Good work, done quickly.
We will be using Goodman sanitation for all our future septic services!. We were having complications but thanks to thier technician we were able to resolve our issues and get our pump system in order. They were super friendly and were able to accommodateand help make it affordable; I would recommend goodman sanitation!.Service: Septic system installation
They were punctual and efficient when pumping out our septic tank. There were no hidden costs, and they were very friendly. My 5 year old told Kyle that he lost a toy car tire down the drain and asked him to find it. He did and called us after finding it and soaking it in sanitizer. It's gross, but it made my son very happy! We will use them again.
