The front office and billing are AWFUL!!!!! I work in medical and they do the bare minimum let me tell you. No communication, always have surprise bills. I couldn't schedule an appt cause I owed $40. I wasn't able to pay when I show up, it has to be when I schedule an appt. Even if it's an appt for my HEART.

The drs do not listen, and they rush through appointments. The staff is nice enough, but wait times are typically long, though. However, this review is for the billing department... Their billing department is GROSSLY incompetent, rude, B-tchy, lazy, and they make going there painful. After dealing with them for years, with multiple times of improper billing, I am glad they incorrectly told me that they don't except my insurance any more (because they couldn't be bothered to call the number or get proper information). I was hopeful to be able to go back after getting it straightened out, but they couldn't pay me to deal with her again. I spent hours away... read full review

Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Bathrooms are unclean and the staff don’t appear very competent. I’ve had to return to this office to give additional samples because they’ve thrown mine away by mistake. The final straw for me was showing up for my appointment on time, then having to wait in a line for 15minutes to check in, no problem. However when I finally reached the front desk, they told me the doctor wouldn’t be able to see me because it was 15 minutes past my appointment time and I would need to reschedule. I tried explaining that I’d been waiting the whole time in the office but that didn’t matter.
