Lance showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Our cat peed on our brand new couch within a week of getting it, and thanks to him, we can enjoy it again. He went above and beyond and cares about his work!
Lance was very friendly and helpful. My apartment was starting to get a distinct dog smell, and he came in to clean rugs and my couch. It all looks so good with no stains and my apartment smells fresh again. He was very flexible with his schedule and arrived right on time for the appointment. We just bought a house and weren’t ready to spend thousands on new carpet. The carpet was pretty bad, though, and I was doubtful it could look much better. Lance was very good about working with my schedule, and got in the day I asked him. The carpets turned out SO well. It almost looks like new! What a relief to not spend more money on new carpets.
