We needed a new roof on an A-frame we recently purchased. The house was a combination of steep and flat roofs. As the roof was removed, more and more issues were discovered which was not a surprise to us...multiple layers of asphalt shingles with rotting sheathing underneath. Woodpecker end up replacing everything. They kept us informed throughout the entire process with pictures and texts. Yes, the final product was much more than the original estimate (no surprise there) but the workmanship was great. We're very happy with the result.
Woodpecker was great! They not only did a great job, but left no construction mess! We were not home during the work and arrived assuming there'd be some debris to clean up and there was nothing. Other than the roof and gutters being done, we wouldn't have known they were there.
If I could give more stars I would. The budget was reasonable, communication was first rate, the workmanship appears top notch, and the project was completed in a timely manner from start to finish.
