Slow to nonexistent communication and progress. They had agreed to do my annual and quarterly taxes but made no progress toward either. I was getting penalty letter after penalty letter and when I contacted them (again) about it they said they hadn't even agreed to do my quarterlies - in the same email thread where they had agreed. All they needed to do was scroll up a little to see it. Cost me thousands and thousands of dollars.
To put it nicely, doing business with Hurliman CPA is an exercise in patience.
Their accounting services are fine, but their timeliness and communication is exceptionally poor and frustrating. I cannot understate how bad it is.
