All Star has been our only appliance provider for many years, both purchases and repair. We have always been happy with the products they offer and the service they provide at a fair price. Today our new dishwasher was delivered and installed by Jay who due to an illness was on his own. He apologized up front that it might take a bit longer but he was very efficient and handled it beautifully. Jay was very personable, respectful, and took measures to ensure there was no damage to our home. It is a pleasure to work with this local/family owned business. I highly recommend All Star Appliance!!
Our dishwasher just randomly stopped working, we called and were scheduled on the first available service call. The person that made the appointment was very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to help me try and solve the problem, it did not get solved so Aaron from All Star came out for a service call. Aaron was great! He found what the problem was in short order, he was very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you have troublesome appliances.
