We hired Raoul to restore our condominium after a fire and associated water damage rendered it uninhabitable. Raoul and his team worked diligently to not only do the restoration, but to correct old pre-existing deficiencies and non code compliant conditions.
He kept his pricing transparent and was willing to allow us to buy out some of the replacement items in order to save some money.
The entire experience could have been much more nerve racking but Raoul really helped to get us through it.
I would recommend him for any restoration or light commercial project.

This is a long overdue review from when Raoul and his team helped us with a kitchen remodel back in 2023. He was communicative regarding the schedule of subcontractors/steps along the way and knowledgable when it came to options for our space His attention to detail was also greatly appreciated - when one of the cabinet doors arrived with a slight discoloration, he had a replacement ordered before we even knew there was an issue. Overall, it was a seamless experience working with the Wonderman team!
