The tech from Flying Locksmith, Adrian was absolutely fantastic! When he first came to our house, he suggested we buy new locks from Amazon since they were having a Black Friday sale. He came back a week later, installed all the new locks, keyed them all the same, and adjusted the doors…all within an hour! I would recommend highly!
We urgently needed a locksmith to help open the entrance door at one of our stores in Portland that wasn’t functioning properly in the morning. When I called the office, the representative was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns.
The technician arrived onsite promptly after scheduling, and thanks to The Flying Locksmiths’ fast and excellent service, we were able to open the store without significant delay. Repair quality was amazing.
I would gladly work with this company again for any key or lock issues at our store locations in Portland. Highly recommended!
Diego was very thorough and kept me informed on the status of what his plans were. The issue was the lock would not engage when the door is closed but works well when the door is open. The door was not aligning correctly and would not allow us to engage the lock. The locking mechanism was a bit challenging because of the type of door (French / Anderson door).
This funky mechanism is one big bolt(?) that runs vertically from top to bottom w/in the door itself; this alone makes it difficult to perform maintenance on! Diego was able to adjust the doors to align correctly and did something w/ the lock so that it would engage!
