I called ready paint on a Monday morning hoping to purchase some aerosol tri-coat paint for a car I was behind on, and did not have time for a delivery from online due to scheduling of other work to be done on the car. When I called and spoke to the owner. He told me he needed to go to P.O. To make a drop and he could drop paint off due to my location is 10-15 min from their business. Shortly after, sure enough this guy pulls up with my paint. Unbelievable. This guy went so far above and beyond for a small sale I was thoroughly impressed. I told him he had a customer for life. Ordered touch up paint for my acura. Paint was not an exact match, so requested a refund. Refund received, thank you very much.If I need touch of paint in the future I will do more research and email you first before I order off of your choices that you have refund.Thxx
I can not testify as to their body work, as I am not in Oregon! I ordered touch up paint from their web site, and very pleased. Communication was excellent throughout delivery and touch up paint is in a glass jar. Most companies use plastic, and auto touch up paint is useless in a short time in plastic. Thank you very much!
