When you see the restroom, O.R. clean - it makes me feel confident the big things are just as fastidiously accounted for. I just had a crown installed yesterday. Being my second crown, the previous one required three dentists, three replacements and years of fiddling. I was nearly depressed with anxiety of 'losing another tooth'. This morning I am unable to differentiate which tooth is new - it was made in the office on a piece of NASA inspired equipment and was ready in about 30 minutes.
