I have been shopping for tile for a month now and have gone into most of the tile stores in Portland. I went in today for the first time to Portland Direct Tile and Marble and had such a nice experience. Not only do they have so many options available as well as different sizes available in those options! But they had the most welcoming sweetest most helpful customer service a person could ask for. They helped me pick out tile for my hearth that I was able to bring home today! They helped me pick out 2 separate grout colors for tile that I did not purchase from them and sent me home with a full size tile sample so I could feel out the size of the tile in my kitchen....read full review
