I've had hit or miss experience here for my kids. Usually they are okay, sometimes a little rude. What I don't like about this location is that they won't take corporate coupons. Other locations in the local area that I have visited take the same coupons just fine. If you like using coupons, don't go to this location.

Clean establishment and havnt had a rude encounter. Though, my haircut is uneven with bad choppy layers and shorter than wanting. Completly on me but I didn't ask her to change it, I paid and left, the damage was done and i didnt believe she could have actually fixed it. The old lady basically gave me an uneven wolf cut which I didn't ask for. I came here 2 years ago and either the same old lady or a different one gave me the worst bangs of my life.

Hairdresser visibly made a face when I stated the amount I wanted cut off. Overheard another employee’s conversation with a mother and her daughter. They asked if they could check in here and the employee replied “I guess”. $22+ tip for an uneven cut. I just wanted to leave.
