“I can't even put to words how wonderful Nancy is. I called to ask if she was able to make a cat friendly bouquet since most flowers are toxic to cats. She assured me that she would confirm every plant before she purchased it, and boy did she do that. I can't believe the amount of effort and time she spent at the market making sure that every single portion of the bouquet was safe. She had to pivot her vision a ton once she realized that every flower she was picking out wouldn't work, but made sure to create the most beautiful arrangement. I left a note asking that they contact me if they had any questions because I wanted it to be a surprise.
