Great staff all around. Dr. Fairrington is my doc and he's fantastic! I've had a ton of experience with chiropractors and he's really one of the best. He cares, listens and tries to get to the root of the problem.

Dr. Tolenaar and his staff have been taking care of our family for 24 years. They’re very skilled; if I’ve injured myself, I’m often back to 100% after one or two visits. The other staff is also friendly and professional. They don’t try to upsell you on fancy pillows or vitamin/herb supplements. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Every employee here is amazing, from the chiropractors to the therapists, front counter staff to the billing department, they are all patient, listen, and try to help. Getting to knowing your insurance coverage is something everyone should do and not blame providers for. For example, some insurances require a referral from PCP before they will cover chiropractic.The staff here will fight for your insurance rights and help you figure out your coverage.In regaurds to the other review about having to call back to schedule, there have been some issues with scheduling. However, they are still in the process of trying different policies so everyone can schedule appointments...read full review
