Geoff did an outstanding job in raising and leveling the massive step leading up to our front porch. In addition, he leveled the walkway leading into the garage. He was most professional in all aspects of his work. We would highly recommend him.

I have an old house where the dormer was built on a concrete slab extended from the basement foundation. It's been slowly sinking over the years. I realized it was sinking faster in the past few years and my front door wouldn't open/close easily. We have the typical walkway on the side of our house. It consists of 8 concrete pads 4x6. They all have sunk and created some tripping hazards. We contacted CSS and others to give us bids on this project. Geoff from CSS contacted us quickly and we set up a time/date to look over the project. Geoff arrived on time and we talked about our issues/concerns and after a thorough inspection of the walkway Geoff was positive he could level out these pads, even though it was a jigsaw puzzle with all the unevenness with the pads.
