I strained my back shoveling snow. After two weeks of misery my boss recommended Blue Buddha Accupuncture. I am very grateful I went. My pain was greatly reduced after the intial appointment and after a couple more continued to improve. I also had cervical fusion surgery years ago and found accupuncture improved my condition. I discontinued during Covid and went a couple of years without. My neck or back were not getting worse so never went back. Coming to this place has been such a blessing! Joy is a wonderful individual - friendly personality, calm demeanor, and very knowledgeable.I sought out acupuncture in hopes of reducing my anxiety. However, I am not a big fan of needles to say the least. I saw that this place was close to where I live, and figured I would give it a try. I am SO glad that I came here!Ever since I began services here, I have noticed a more relaxed mental state, better sleep, and decreased pain/discomfort/soreness. I have been having major sciatic problems for months. It was not getting better!! I went to my chiropractor about a month ago. He helped it. But it didn’t go away!!! My neighbor saw me hobbling along going to my car. Told me about Joy at Blue Buddha Acupuncture and how happy she was with Joy!!!
