Advantage Dental+ is a network of family-owned dental practices operating in six states. Each practice is independently owned and operated by a state-licensed dentist, with administrative support from the Advantage Dental+ Management Team. The Clinical Advisory Team provides advisory services to ensure a consistently excellent patient care experience. While some patients have reported long waits for appointments and phone calls, others have had positive experiences, praising the friendly and attentive staff, including the children's dentist.
I really like the staff at Advantage Dental. I’m not someone who looks forward to dentist trips, however each time I go in, the staff are always very pleasant, communicative and thorough at their job.
Minimal questions being asked while your mouth is open is also a big plus for me.

Update: The dentists are great, but the customer service could use some work. I referred my sister to this dental clinic and they really dropped the ball. Some guy answered the phone after my sister was waiting over an hour on hold, yelled at her so fast she couldn't understand what he said then hung up on her (September 16, 2026). She wasn't being rude, just trying to confirm an appointment. I'm very seriously understanding why people complain about it. You're unable to reach someone on the phone, and they don't return calls.
