He listened and asked questions so we could find the possible problem, then for extra clarity, since we were not 100% he came up with steps moving forward. He seamed to know what might be the problem. I feel comfortable with what it might be.

My heating air conditioning went out right before the heat wave hit and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get anybody to come out for a couple of weeks. I called on a Saturday night and left a message. I called back first thing on Monday morning and they had a repairman out at my house at 3 PM that same Monday. He was able to find an electrical short. Get it repaired and have everything up and running in under an hour. I couldn't be more happy and certainly my house is much cooler because of it.

Able Heating & Cooling -highly recommend! They worked things out for us to get SAME DAY! Service on a weekend—middle of summer and a day when we woke up to our AC not running—with forecast of 97 degrees! Francis, our technician called and asked to come EARLIER than scheduled which as it was already warming up in the house was extremely appreciated! He was professional and so nice! This company was wonderful when installing 8 years ago and am big when we needed a repair!
