They have managed my property for the last 1.5 years and I'm very impressed with them overall.
We've had two renters during this time and the process of getting a new renter was quick but thorough, and very smooth with little to no effort needed from my end. They've done a good job with the payment system, and are fast to respond to requests on hoa violations etc.
I recently had a great experience working with Tovia who helped settle a repair fee issue with fairness and transparency. Hope to see this continued quality and customer care over the years to come!
Brandon recently completed a home inspection for us! He was professional, friendly, and amazing with our dog. We appreciated that he was efficient, but detail-oriented and took great notes on our home. Thanks, Brandon!
Brandon H. was very personable, efficient, and detailed. He made sure to take notes of my concerns and noticed other things our unit could get repaired.
Thank you, Brandon!
