I had a great experience working with Alex and his team at Roto-Rooter in The Dalles. They performed a full sewer pipe replacement using a trenchless pipe bursting method along with a small under the house CIPP installation.
The entire job was done with impressive precision and care. They only had to dig a single hole, cut a surprisingly minimal section of asphalt, and even took the time to replace the bark on top when they were finished. The job took just two days, and they made sure I was never left without sewer or water overnight.
During the initial camera inspection, Alex was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the exact issues with my line firsthand.
Their pricing is also far more reasonable than the competition. To put it in perspective, I got took by Sky Heating and Cooling to the tune of $2,264 for a basic camera inspection and sewer jetting on a standard residential job. Alex and Roto-Rooter would have performed that exact same service for $795.
If you need major plumbing work or sewer repairs done right by a friendly, fair, and professional team, I couldn't recommend Alex and Roto-Rooter enough!
