I’ve been practicing aerial yoga for over 8 months with Sam and every class is something new. She makes sure to keep challenging each of us to learn new skills and get stronger. If someone needs a modification or help, she is very supportive. The music is fun and she plays sound bowls once a week too, which I love. There are other styles of classes too, but aerial is my favorite. Class pricing is reasonable with a membership, and there’s even a free community class once a month for anyone including non-members.
Amazing yoga studio, very clean and nice facilities. Warm welcoming atmosphere, Sam is an amazing instructor and makes yoga accessible regardless of your skill level. Would highly recommend checking it out!
