Bryce and the office staff were great to work with. He showed up when he said he would, reorganized our hot water/drainage under our kitchen sink for a new dishwasher, and stayed until our new dishwasher was installed and working perfectly. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend Burris and Bryce!

Had a water heater that started leaking. Got a couple of bids and had a bunch of questions about the process and cost and Burris was just awesome. Extremely responsive(Tyler) to calls and text messages about the water heater unit and installation. Justin, the installer was not only on time but a little early and he was friendly, courteous, and thorough. Just a great overall experience. We had a gas leak in our water heater and Burris Plumbing sent out their BEST (IMHO ;-) trouble shooter (Dusty) the *"same day"*. I was impressed by their responsiveness and even more impressed by the thorough trouble shooting and eventual installation of a new water heater by Dusty. Their responsiveness and "post installation" follow up was excellent. They supported me through the entire process until the new water heater was up, running and heating our water. I couldn't be more pleased with Burris Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them to a close friend or family member. No more cold showers for me!Services: Water heater installation
