Both the office staff and laborers have an absolutely impeccable standard of quality. Not only was my current issue resolved (swiftly) but while setting up the appointment they took the time to troubleshoot and brainstorm ideas to solve the overall issues at hand so as to facilitate a long term game plan since our problem seems to be a recurring one that crops up about once a year. since I do a fair amount of business with the local Roto-Rooter I can assure you that this is not a one off circumstance, I stand my review for each and every interaction I have had with them.Service: Drain unblocking
