After trying to repair my RV furnace myself, and spending a whole bunch of money on it in parts, it still wasn't working. this was a huge problem since i live in my RV full time, and winter was coming quickly. they got to my heater and did a wonderful job repairing it. It turns out that someone before me replaced the circuit board before I bought the trailer a year and a half ago, and I must have bought the same board on line because it looked the same as the one that was in it. The problem that made my heater give me nothing but problems last winter is that they figured iut that it was not the correct board for that furnace. My refrigerator went out in my RV. Earl and his wife went out of their way to replace my unit as soon as possible. The supplier did not send a part so Earl sent his wife to Portland that day so he could finish the job.That is truly the Christian way that everything should run.
