Illume Aesthetics
“From the moment I contacted Illume Aesthetics, I knew I had found the right place. Before calling Illume, I had reached out to another aesthetics office in the area. They didn’t return my call for several days, and when they finally did, the interaction wasn’t nearly as welcoming or helpful.
Chloe immediately stood out with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. She patiently answered all of my questions, made scheduling easy, and made me feel like I was valued from the very first phone call. That level of customer service played a huge role in my decision to choose Illume.
Jen was equally incredible. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern with patience and expertise. Before my treatment even began, she had already made me feel comfortable, confident, and completely at ease. Her approach is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and I never once felt rushed or pressured.
One thing I especially appreciated was that no one tried to sell me products or services I didn’t need. Every recommendation felt honest and personalized, and everyone I interacted with was genuine, caring, and focused on what was best for me.
If you’re looking for an aesthetics practice where you’ll be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect from the very first phone call through your appointment, I can’t recommend Illume Aesthetics enough. My entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m so glad I chose them.”
