Sweet Home Sanitation

Sweet Home Sanitation is a local waste services company that offers reliable and consistent trash pickup, even on holidays. They are known for their polite and considerate drivers who respect customers' property. The office staff is described as friendly and helpful, willing to assist in any way they can. They also provide yard debris removal services.

Some customers have expressed a wish for weekly recycling pickup, which is currently not offered. The company has addressed an isolated incident where a customer was charged a return fee due to someone else's trash being put in their bins, clarifying that it was not the business's fault. The customer, who is disabled and on a limited budget, found it difficult to pay but still had a positive overall experience.

Customers have praised the company's exceptional service, with one describing an employee named April as "amazing" and "so much more than helpful," and another stating that April was the most helpful and pleasant individual they had dealt with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The company has also received gratitude from a handicapped customer for the driver's assistance, and from a community member for the sanitation workers' dedication during the holiday season.
