My car broke down and we have AAA. AAA called Lloyd R. Rice Towing, and Darrell came to our rescue. Darrell was so professional and friendly. The ride back to Albany from Sweet Home was pleasant. This was an experience, but a good one. I would recommend this company if you need a tow!
I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. My Tesla had a blowout miles out on a remote gravel road in the mountains (outside of cell service). Darrell was skillful and careful in retrieving the car up in the mountains and towing it in the middle of the night to the tire center. I appreciate that he texted me to let me know when it was safely delivered. He is extremely courteous and he made a difficult situation better with his service.
