I have been disappointed each of the past 3 years in how long it takes to get a simple return filed. For no particular reason they filed for an extension each year. This year I have had several unsatisfactory conversations with the same result, we will get back to you soon. It is the end of August now and their latest excuse is a death in somebody's family. I should have went with TurboTax.
