Unfortunately we broke a leaf spring on our small travel trailer. Fortunately we were near our end-of-day destination. More Fortunately we found R&B RV Service and Supplies. They came to our site in less than an hour, ordered the parts, and fixed it on site the next morning. We could not have asked for nicer or more competent service.
They saved our whole roadtrip! We had rented a travel trailer for our 3 week trip to Joshua Tree and then up thru Oregon to chase waterfalls. Our first stop was Sutherlin at KOA. We had arrived late, and didn’t hook up to water until about 10 pm after dinner. We were shocked that the toilet valve leaked and we could not have water turned on the first night. I was ready to turn around and drive the trailer back to the Outdoorsy owner when I saw this business listed on Google and they were able to send a guy out the following afternoon. Very respectful on checking things out before they get to the situation. 2 of them came over because it was a unique problem neither of them had seen before. Our stove and furnace had stopped working, I just changed propane bottle out(put a filled one on), and the system wouldn't come on, so we checked the stove to see if it would light, it didn't. Well Phil asked if I had gotten a recall notification on the regulator, and I said no I hadn't. So, he checked that real quick and that was it.
They had to reset the fridge, water heater, and furnace because it it was a faulty regulator from the factory that was to powerful for our trailer that should have been caught by...read full review
