In the 10 years I've lived here. My neighbor suggested this doctor for my eyes. I can tell you one thing if you need the support of a good ice specialist and a great staff. This is the one I would say, always go to, even though they're out. In sutherland your g p s isn't going to mess up like mine always does. It took me directly to the doorstep
Haven't had an appointment just yet so I will update this review after the appointment. But so far their website was easy to navigate, easy to read information and what educational information they included. It was simple to request an appointment. The only thing that could have made it better was if the requesting appointment dates and times that are open, was shown. To help in selecting for a appointment request, other then that no complaints.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Palm and his assistants are great! I love that I can get my eyes examined without having to get dilated. My insurance doesn’t cover the extra test it but it’s well worth the $25! I also appreciate how Dr. Palm shows me the image of my eye and takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes.
