As a businessman, I sometimes get requests that are difficult, unusual, or impossible to fulfill. I want to take care of folks . . . do the right thing. Sometimes, "I am that folks". I make requests that are also not that easy to fulfill. You see, I have a brain that doesn't always work along the straight-line others expect. I order my steak burnt crispy outside, pink and juicy inside, my eggs just so; thus, I appreciate people who take the extra step to make me happy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Palm and his assistants are great! I love that I can get my eyes examined without having to get dilated. My insurance doesn’t cover the extra test it but it’s well worth the $25! I also appreciate how Dr. Palm shows me the image of my eye and takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes.

The staff is very up beat and courteous. The techs are professional as well as informative. Dr. Palm is very thorough and explains things as he goes through your exam. Highly recommended.
