“Our pup developed a hot spot on her cheek this past weekend so called Monday morning and got a same day appointment. A few hours later her face started swelling so called back on the off chance they could see her even earlier... and they did! Gave her relief from the pain she was in and put me and my family at ease. A very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Heuberger!“

“I want to thank everyone at Aumsville Animal Clinic, especially on the urgent care side. Dr. Morrow was the best veterinarian we could have asked for. We had to say goodbye to our dog Charlie yesterday. She was so compassionate and said so many things that helped us, and she explained everything we needed and wanted to know. The whole staff was so supportive, including one tech/nurse who took the time to comfort me when I couldn’t stop crying. You took an agonizing experience and treated our dog and our hearts with compassionate loving support. I am so thankful that Charlie spent his last hours in your clinic, knowing tenderness and love. Thank you.“

“We’ve only been going here for a few months since moving but I have been incredibly impressed with this clinic. We have had multiple emergencies and they have been able to take us in immediately after calling and help us through some pretty severe circumstances despite beyond busy and overwhelmed at times. They have gone above and beyond for our fur babies and we are incredibly grateful to have them. We wouldn’t have one of our kitties with us if it wasn’t for them.“

“We found or got to know about Dr. Dietrich a view years ago when we had 3 cows. We had no experience, but raised them for beef. One of them started acting strange and stopped eating and drinking and just laid down on the ground. I called several Vet Clinics and no one would come to help us to figure out what was going on. I had checked the temp and it was slightly over 104°F. I called Dr Dietrich's office and he came, diagnosed Pneumonia and treated the ill cow and checked the other two as well and treated them, having to chase them in the pasture, b/c they wouldn't have it getting checked out. This early morning our Little Yorkie decided to have her first time puppies. Of course it is Saturday. All animals we have or had seems to choose either after hour times or the weekend for problems. But when we took Lilly to Dr Dietich's office about 3wks ago, not only didn't he charge us an arm and leg for the Ultrasound, like all the other Vet clinics would have, but he also gave me valuable advice how and what to look for getting closer to birth. He saw 3 pups in the US and said if we had any problems, we could call he'd be there to help. Well, the birth day came, the birth was progressing and I saw 2 feet and became worried. In fear that could be abnormal and b/c Lilly being so small, I decided to call Dr. Dietrich, left a voicemail as instructed and he called back shortly after. I received instructions and he said if no progress in 20min, to call back and he would help us. We didn't have to call him back, but I was glad he was available to talk to and put me more at ease. The puppies were born with little assistance and are well. I would recommend Dr Dietrich for sure to anyone.“
