We had a battery issue on 08/25/23 and were heading out for Diamond Lake for a camping trip. I called the dealer and the manager told me to come in with no promise of repair. They found a ground wire damaged and not connected. Also both batteries were failed. They repaired the ground end and replaced both batteries. Thank you so much for taking care of us and allowing us to continue on our long drive. Great team!!!Services: Electrical

After going to Camping World and feeling the high pressure sales pitches (we had a sales rep chase us down the road as we left), we ended up at Power RV. Kayla, our sales rep, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, showing us what we wanted and a few other trailers that fit our needs. Absolutely no pressure! We bought our travel trailer, and Kayla has been available whenever we’ve had questions afterwards. 100% will recommend Power RV and Kayla to everyone.

I went to this lot with a certain RV in mind and their manager Kyle helped me find the perfect one right down to my specifications. Excellent service from him and his team as well as a great inventory selection to choose from! Definitely will go back with future purchases!
