I’m impressed with Focus Hearing &Cooling! All of their people I interacted with have been very pleasant! I had a full day install on a Furnace and AC and the crew were professional and kind all packaged in one. Being my home I get nervous about having strangers in my home especially for such long periods of time but the technicians were very polite and accommodating to ensure we experienced very little interruptions. From the moment I called to the final setup of the thermostat, Focus Heating and Cooling has been an outstanding company to do business with. Everyone we spoke to, Janci, Corey, Autumn, Ken, Enrique and Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we understood each step of the process in buying a new unit. Corey was the salesman we worked with. We were extremely impressed with his honesty! We weren't pressured into buying the most expensive unit. In fact, he recommended the moderate choice. Janci made sure we were able to receive the documents needed to sign the contract. Ken worked with us to order our final choice and get the correct thermostat to match the new unit. Enrique and his install crew worked the entire day (10+ hours) to make sure our unit functioned the way it should. The job site looked impeccable because they cleaned it up at the end of the day! Trevor came out the following day to make sure the installation paperwork was securely affixed to the furnace. Finally, Autumn made sure I was able to have digital documents enabling me to be a part of their Comfort Club and have my new AC and furnace inspected each year. When you spend thousands of dollars, you want to make sure you're working with a company you trust. That's how we felt dealing with Focus Heating and Cooling. I can't imagine working with any other company but Focus Heating and Cooling.
I called this morning and made an appointment for their first available time that I could also make but they did put me on the list for if they had time today. They did and had us up and running in no time! Corey L. did a great job and was very professional! Only great things have come from Focus for us over the years, I recommend them with 100% confidence.
