BlackRock Asphalt recently sealed our commercial parking lot, and the difference is remarkable. The lines are crisp, and the coating gives the lot a clean and polished look. Great service overall!

The first job was good. Fair price, good communication, and satisfactory quality. The second job I have not been able to get clear communication, not returning calls or text messages. I am not sure this company can be trusted. I will update this review if they follow through but right now no messages or calls are getting a response.

Extremely responsive. Here on time. Excavated on Thursday and laid the asphalt the next morning. Crew was easy to work with and obviously were skilled at what they do. I highly recommend them.
