I called initially to see if they work with Aetna and Regence (Blue cross). They told me they work with both. My husband and I went in for our first appointments for cleanings and they said they were just taking X-rays. Of course it would be months later before we could get in for cleanings. If that's how they do things they should have set both appointments up or given themselves more time so they could do both. Now we are being told they aren't in network for either of our insurances too. Not to mention they billed my husbands insurance for the incorrect date. I’ve chipped a lot of teeth during the pandemic from teeth grinding. Dr. Murray and his dental assistant completely understood the frustration and disappointment. They took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and to plan out not only treatments that address my immediate needs but also long-term goals. The relaxed atmosphere and concern align with the care they provide to local wildlife. So glad my insurance provider is contracted with them!
