Great quick service. The staff members that came to my house were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They were patient with my nosy, loud "helpful" dogs. I would definitely call them again and recommend their services.

I learned the hard way that North by Northwest was the best electrical service in the county. Unlike previously employed professional electrical contractors, North by Northwest can quickly and accurately diagnose electrical problems, fix them right away, and with reasonable pricing.I just wish I'd discovered them years ago. I would suggest that anyone needing a true professional call on North by Northwest first and save yourself a lot of grief and expense.

We had a great experience getting our Tesla wall charger installed. Everyone was very helpful and they helped us adjusted the location to match our budget. Everyone we worked with was great and a project like this really needed a professional who could get permits. I'm very happy with the work and the price we paid for it. Working with contractors can be difficult and not often do you walk away feeling like you paid a fair price for quality work but I'd definitely say that was our experience and we will be using them again!
