We recently purchased a 113 year old home, and contacted NPI for the general inspection. Because of the age and layout of the house, we needed a quality inspection to know what we were dealing with. I was thoroughly impressed with the detail and amount of information in the inspection report. It made the decision to purchase the home much easier. Erik was professional and great to work with. Very complete from roof to crawl space of the house we were in negotiations to purchase. Since we live out of state, it was necessary to have complete trust in the inspection.
