I didn't get a time window that they were going to come out, just the exact time. They were there 1 minute early. Excellent. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Can't recommend enough. My only complaint is that they aren't great about answering the phone or calling back. If you don't get ahold of them, call again in 15 minutes.
We recently had a serious blockage in our main sewer line and initially called another company out to take a look. Unfortunately, they weren't able to figure out exactly what was going on or get it resolved.
Blue Heron was able to come out quickly, and within a short time they diagnosed the real issue—a completely broken pipe between our house and the septic tank due to ground settling. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also got the entire pipe replaced and had us back up and running within just a few days.

Plumbing is easy to take for granted. When it goes down our repairmen become knights in shining armor. It is nice to feel like a very important person when this happens. Thank you to Blue Heron Septic for taking care of this quickly and restoring the throne. No pics needed
