“Delightful staff, and they accept OHP.

Came here first during an emergency I had with my breathing. They made sure to get me in triage very quickly to assess my situation before deciding what to do. The person working with me in triage was very kind and made sure to ask a lot of questions about specifically how I am feeling, including emotionally.

They put me on a nebulizer pretty quickly (maybe 30 minute wait? I wasn't dying.), prescribed me a different inhaler than I had been using and sent me on my way.

I eventually enrolled in primary care here, since they also do primary care. The appointment wasn't made that far out, maybe 3 weeks (whole lot better than 2-4 months at OMG to not even see the doctor) and everyone I had spoke to was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say.

That appointment had possibly the most clear communication I've had with a primary care provider in over a decade, and Nurse Practitioner Chandler Kramer actually took my concerns seriously. I was still having trouble breathing as well as I should be, so I was prescribed another new inhaler and I also got prescribed something for my potential IBS that I have had no success getting any physician to care about beyond being told to take 1200mg of methylcellulose which can only help so much. I'm still waiting on a phone call about my dermatology referral, but that's pretty much my only complaint.

If you're in need of a primary care provider after OMG became what it is and you're struggling to find someone who takes OHP, please give these people a shot if you can.“
