I go into this store quite often but today felt special. I asked Kayla for one item and she ended up showing me quite a few, and all were up my alley. I love makeup that sparkles and she knew exactly what to show me. Kayla is nothing short of a gem. She was respectful, her energy was so incredibly bright, and warm. I didn’t come in with the intention to buy an eyeshadow pallet but I ended up doing so, because she knew exactly what I was looking for. You go girl!

Yes you can have a hair appointment at Ulta. I went to Courtney and she listens and has a great chair side manor. She knows what she is doing and I am very happy with my haircut. I am definitely going back.
