A very friendly staff. They were more than helpful and patient while explaining all of my treatment options. They were able to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits to me and answer all of my questions. Dr. Baarstad was incredibly professional and skilled with her treatments.

Best Dentist EVER! The entire staff is fantastic. Terry mans the front desk and answers on the first ring. If you need to get in quickly, no problem - Terry will make it happen. Dr. Jackson makes you feel right at home. Everyone at the Springfield SmileAlive office does their best to make you comfortable and pain free. They also have one of the coolest fish aquariums I've ever seen. I highly recommend SmileAlive Dentistry.
