The team of three roofers were hard workers, came on time and cleaned up every day after the work was done. The work took two days - the project manager, Dave, checked in regularly, and kept me apprised of how the work was going. Everyone with River Roofing was good to work with from start to finish. I’ve given them five stars because they are exceptional, professional and thoughtful. You cannot go wrong with River Roofing!
Yes, I have procrastinated on giving my feedback because the process went so smoothly, from the roof inspection, a thorough presentation of my options, and the actual work. Even though I took day trips to Sisters and Florence, I was around enough to be impressed with the professionalism and teamwork of their workers. The kicker happened yesterday. Rick, their roof inspector, came by to measure the temperature in my attic. He chose a time where the outside temperature was the same. He’s going to come up with a plan to lower it even more without any additional expense. Can’t beat that.
A friendly, trustworthy service man answered all my questions and offered experienced advice. I didn't feel like I was being sold or put under pressure. I just received a clear picture of what I need.
